All orders under 2kg are charged at £4.85 and will be dispatched via Royal Mail using their Tracked 48 hour service. Orders over 2kg or £150 will be sent via Special Delivery.

We accept payment via credit/debit cards and PayPal.

We aim to get all orders out as soon as possible and after busy shop updates, orders may be dispatched 3-5 business days after ordering. We cannot be held responsible for any of the delays which may occur from the postal service, but we will keep in touch with them to help with any enquiries you may have.

You will be notified via email that your order has been dispatched along with your tracking number, so please do ensure that you have included the correct postal address and email address.

After completion of purchase, you will receive a confirmation email of your order listing the items you have purchased. We cannot change your address once your order has been dispatched, so please check your postal address is correct before submitting your order. If you have given us the wrong address, we will do our best to help resolve the situation, but we cannot guarantee it will be successful.
